Every act taken by this Department shall reflect fairness, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to due process.

1.5 Our Vision

The Department of Justice envisions a state where:

  • The law is applied equally to all individuals.
  • Legal professionals act with honesty, competence, and impartiality.
  • Courts maintain public confidence through transparency and fairness.
  • Citizens believe in a justice system that serves them, not one that governs them.
  • A courtroom that's more than a place of judgement rather a stage for storytelling, intellect, and collaboration.

We strive to envision a justice system where participation is not a chore, but an experience where citizens, attorneys, and judges can come together to build stories, shape justice, and have fun doing it.
