An intentional act that puts another person in reasonable fear of imminent harmful or offensive contact. Selling, gifting, or transferring a firearm to another person without authorization or legal eligibility.
Owning, carrying, or storing a firearm that is not properly registered with the relevant licensing authority.
Any individual previously convicted of an offense that prohibits the lawful possession of a firearm, who is subsequently found in possession of a Class 1 firearm
Any individual previously convicted of an offense that prohibits the lawful possession of a firearm, who is subsequently found in possession of a Class 2 firearm

Operating or discharging a firearm while under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances.
Detonating or causing the detonation of an explosive device resulting in property damage or public panic without authorization.
Displaying a fake, prop, or imitation firearm in a threatening or misleading manner likely to cause public alarm or police response.
Knowingly and intentionally purchasing a firearm when the purchaser is legally prohibited from doing so.
A person in possession of a government-owned or government-issued firearm without being an active, sworn law enforcement officer or public official currently on duty.
Manufacturing, assembling, or producing firearms or major firearm components (receivers, frames) without legal authorization or required licensing.
Storing, hiding, or maintaining a stockpile or cache of weapons, ammunition, or explosive components with the intent to supply for criminal activity or to evade lawful detection.
TITLE 6 - CRIMES INVOLVING CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES
Knowingly possessing an illegal schedule I drug or controlled substance without a valid prescription or authorization. [ Coca Leaves (Cocaine Leaves), LSD OR more than 21 units of any derivative of Marijuana. ]
Knowingly possessing an illegal schedule II drug or controlled substance without a valid prescription or authorization. [ cocaine, oxycodone, or ecstasy, ketamine ]

Possessing tools, equipment, or materials commonly used to ingest, prepare, or distribute controlled substances.
Possessing a quantity of controlled substances that exceeds a reasonable amount for personal use, specifically more than 25 individual units, bags, or packages of a Schedule I controlled substance, indicating intent to distribute, sell, or deliver to others.
Possessing a quantity of controlled substances that exceeds a reasonable amount for personal use, specifically more than 25 individual units, bags, or packages of a Schedule II controlled substance, indicating intent to distribute, sell, or deliver to others.
Possessing a quantity of controlled substances that exceeds a reasonable amount for personal use, specifically more than 25 individual units, bags, or packages of a Schedule III controlled substance, indicating intent to distribute, sell, or deliver to others.
Producing, refining, synthesizing, or cultivating illegal narcotics or controlled substances.
Possessing large quantities (30+ units) of chemicals, ingredients, or materials used to manufacture narcotics.
Knowingly possessing or concealing cash or assets obtained through drug trafficking, robbery or drug distribution.
Selling Cocaine Leaves, LSD, or marijuana to individuals, businesses, or entities (excluding licensed businesses, medical services, or doctors).
Selling cocaine, oxycodone, or ecstasy, ketamine to individuals, businesses, or entities (excluding licensed businesses, medical services, or doctors).
Selling fentanyl, methamphetamine, heroin, methylamine to individuals, businesses, or entities (excluding licensed businesses, medical services, or doctors).
The illegal production, distribution or transportation of controlled substances including possessing 80 or more bags of LSD, or marijuana (the total sum of all Schedule I drugs found).
The illegal production, distribution or transportation of controlled substances including possessing 80 or more bags of cocaine, oxycodone, or ecstasy, ketamine (the total sum of all Schedule II drugs found).
The illegal production, distribution or transportation of controlled substances including possessing 80 or more bags of fentanyl, methamphetamine, heroin, methylamine (the total sum of all Schedule III drugs found).
TITLE 7 - CRIMES INVOLVING VEHICULAR OPERATIONS AND TRAFFIC RELATED OFFENSES
Operating a motor vehicle with willful or wanton disregard for the safety of persons or property or driving 100+ MPH over the speed limit.
Willfully refusing to stop or attempting to evade officers after a lawful signal to do so.
Driving without due caution or attention, resulting in near collisions or minor property damage.
Engaging in a race, exhibition of speed, or stunt driving on public roads or restricted areas.
Leaving the scene after striking property or an unattended vehicle without providing information to involved parties.
Leaving the scene after an accident resulting in bodily injury or death without providing information.
Operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, or other impairing substances.
Operating a motor vehicle while one’s driving privileges are suspended or revoked.

Operating off-road or specialized vehicles (ATVs, dirt bikes, electric scooters) on streets or sidewalks without authorization.
Failing to slow, move, or stop for emergency lights and sirens.
Recklessly causing serious bodily harm with a vehicle.
Driving a vehicle without valid registration.
Altering, removing, or damaging any part of a vehicle not belonging to the offender.
Installing prohibited performance modifications such as nitrous injection, illegal lighting, or altered exhaust designed for unlawful speed or concealment.
Operating vehicles in wilderness, beaches, or private land in a manner that causes damage or endangers the public.
Towing, relocating, or impounding a vehicle without lawful authority or proper documentation.
Losing control of a vehicle due to inattention, distraction, or poor maintenance resulting in a collision or hazard.
Engaging in multiple unsafe behaviors such as tailgating, excessive lane changes, or cutting off vehicles with deliberate hostility.
Installing or activating red/blue emergency lights, sirens, or decals to impersonate emergency vehicles or when unnecessary.
Operating a vehicle lacking critical safety equipment such as functioning brakes, headlights, or seatbelts.
Activating nitrous oxide or other performance enhancers on public roads.
Driving over the posted speed limit by 70+ mph.
Driving over the posted speed limit by 30–69 mph.
Driving over the posted speed limit by 10–29 mph.
Making an unsafe lane change.
Disregarding signals, cones, or temporary detours authorized by law enforcement or DOT.
Driving behind another vehicle at an unsafe distance.
Passing in a no-passing zone, using the shoulder, or endangering oncoming traffic.
Making a U-turn in a prohibited area or without clear visibility.
Stopping, standing, or driving significantly below normal speed without cause.
Operating a vehicle in low light or bad weather without lights activated.
Using the horn excessively or without need.
Operating a vehicle without a visible and legible license plate.
Driver or passenger not wearing a seatbelt while the vehicle is in motion.
Using a handheld device, eating or drinking while operating a motor vehicle.
Parking in prohibited areas, in front of hydrants, red curbs, or blocking driveways.
Displaying red and blue underglow lights or headlights. Lights must be a solid cannot strobe. (Must be both, can't be one)
Driving without having a physical driver’s license on your person. Arrest and citation is law enforcement discretion. Vehicle can be State impounded at law enforcements discretion.
Driving a vehicle with a modified / fraudulent license plate.
Entering an intersection after a red traffic signal without making a complete stop.
Not coming to a complete stop before proceeding through a stop sign.
Operating any two- or four-wheel vehicle (motorized or manual) on a sidewalk.
All licenses associated with a drivers license (CDL & Motorcycle) and pilots license will be automatically revoked if the individual accumulates 20 points on their driving or piloting record. The individual may petition the court to regain their drivers license but will need to reach out to the pilots license authority to regain their pilots license.
TITLE 8 - OFFENSES INVOLVING WILDLIFE
Engaging in the act of hunting, trapping, or taking wildlife without a valid hunting license or permit.
Catching or attempting to catch fish or aquatic species without a valid fishing license.
Killing, capturing, or taking wildlife without lawful authority or through prohibited means.
Possessing, harming, selling, or transporting wildlife designated as protected or endangered.
Engaging in wildlife activities within prohibited or restricted areas. (Refer to map for information)
Taking or attempting to take wildlife from a moving or stationary vehicle, boat, or aircraft unless lawfully authorized.
Using prohibited firearms, calibers, silencers, traps, nets, or explosives for the purpose of hunting or fishing.
Obstructing or harassing lawful hunters or anglers with intent to disturb wildlife or prevent legal harvest.
Selling, offering, or bartering wildlife or fish that was unlawfully taken, possessed, or imported.
Refusing or failing to display hunting or fishing permits to law enforcement or wildlife officials.
Failing to comply with or obstructing lawful duties of game wardens, park rangers, or environmental officers.
Firing a weapon during hunting in a reckless manner that endangers other persons, animals, or property.
Engaging in hunting or active tracking activities without wearing the required orange or high-visibility clothing as mandated for safety in designated hunting zones.
TITLE 9 - AVIATION AND AIRCRAFT OFFENSES
Piloting or attempting to pilot any aircraft without a valid pilot’s license or certification.
Flying or maintaining an aircraft that lacks proper registration.
Operating an aircraft with willful or wanton disregard for safety, including low-altitude flight, stunts, or unsafe maneuvers near people or property.
Landing or taking off from highways, public streets, or areas not designated as runways or heliports.
Entering restricted or controlled airspace without authorization, including over government buildings or events.
Flying below legally established minimum altitudes over residential, commercial, or public zones.
Using an aircraft in a manner that places persons or property at significant risk of injury or damage.
